We’re hiring a founding engineer and technical lead for a portfolio of AI-assisted learning and enablement tools. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for architecture, development, infrastructure, and mentoring as the team grows. You’ll partner closely with subject-matter experts and instructional designers to ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
A founding-lead opportunity on a greenfield AI platform with high autonomy, a modern buildless stack, and an AI-native workflow.
Work model: based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants based in Romania .

Own cross-project architecture, including data models, authentication, access control, logging, and deployment
Set and enforce code review and architectural standards
Build and maintain async Python services over PostgreSQL
