Задачи

• Handle the full production cycle of 3D character faces and character body refinement, from reference analysis to final quality validation
• Develop and refine character likeness, anatomy, forms, skin details and overall artistic quality
• Participate in R& D initiatives focused on character quality improvement and pipeline optimization
• Evaluate and test new tools, technologies, and workflows
• Create and share best practices for facial and organic modeling, including recommendations, guidelines, and documentation
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining quality standards for facial and organic character assets
