Задачи

• As an AI Architect you will define scalable and resilient AI agent architectures while establishing reusable patterns, components, and frameworks to support consistent and efficient development
• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant agentic architectures
• Develop and maintain traceability, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems
• Implement guardrails and security measures to ensure safe and compliant AI usage
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Evaluate the feasibility, practicality, and risks associated with AI architectures and workflows

Требования

• Deep understanding of agentic architectural patterns and their practical applications in technology and finance
• Proficiency in agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar)
• Hands-on expertise in Python, with knowledge of both API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture
• Experience with traceability, monitoring, and evaluation techniques
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions
• Understanding of AI governance principles and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• Fluency in German and English
