Задачи

• Build & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy full-scale AI-powered solutions and complex workflow automations
• Innovate: Apply agentic development practices and use cutting-edge patterns to develop architecture, PoCs, and integration roadmaps
• Optimize & Improve: Enhance existing AI services, workflows, documentation, and advanced prompt templates to maximize quality and safety
• Evaluate: Develop evaluation frameworks to test AI model responses, maintaining stable performance and efficiency
• Collaborate: Partner closely with engineering teams and Product/Process Owners to refine requirements and align technical implementation with real business value
• You’ll thrive here if you have
• Strong Agentic Engineering skills and a solid foundation in workflow automation
• Direct experience building services using RAG, vector stores, multimodal LLMs, and agent orchestration patterns
• Solid system design knowledge and the ability to solve complex, real-world business problems
• Strong skills in Generative AI Prompt Engineering (understanding capabilities, limitations, and settings of different LLM providers)
• Experience writing and maintaining e2e tests/specs ( Docker and Kubernetes/OKD experience is a plus )
