• orking as part of a parallel team on ML initiatives from problem definition to production
• Building and iterating on ML models using historical data (Jira, project metrics, team performance)

• The customer is an international mobility service provider offering a peer-to-peer model that allows users to negotiate travel conditions directly within the app
• With a large global user base and operations spanning numerous cities worldwide, the organization is recognized for its focus on flexibility, accessibility, and the adaptation of its platform to diverse market environments
• The project is focused on developing AI and machine learning solutions to improve strategic planning and operational decision-making
• It includes automating goal management, optimizing resource allocation and capacity planning, and predicting project risks using historical data to enable proactive business decisions and scalable growth

Требования

• xperience in AI automation engineering, software engineering, or automation development for 4+ years
• Hands-on AI engineering: LLMs (OpenAI, Claude), agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
• Workflow automation tools: n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
• Strong integration skills: Python, MySQL, REST APIs, webhooks, API contracts, authentication
• Level of English – from Intermediate + and above
• Desired skills Familiarity with Jira data structures and metrics
