Требования

• You are a prototyping and AI expert who thinks in flows, experiments, and code — and who brings strong UI/UX skills to everything you build
• You move fast: your first instinct when exploring a new idea is to open Claude Code or Cursor, not Figma
• You build interactive, working prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools, and you use design craft to make them feel polished and production-ready
• You actively build AI-driven workflows (prompt
• pipeline
• result) and know how to ship things — working with engineers to take prototypes all the way to production. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and complex inputs, and you validate your work through real experiments and user feedback
• You have solid UI/UX foundations — you design clear flows, understand visual hierarchy, and can produce high-fidelity interfaces in Figma when needed
• But your superpower is the ability to collapse the gap between idea and working product using AI and code
• You don’t manage a team directly, but you own the quality of what you build and naturally align business, design, and engineering around your solutions
