• Should be able to translate business requirements into system design
• Should be able to analyze user requirements, functional specifications, and providing development effort estimates for the same
• In-depth understanding of ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• Should have hands-on experience on Alteryx and Tableau
• Should be good at Communication (written + oral) Skills
• Should have Business/Customer facing skills
• Should have the ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Should take complete ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
• Should be well aware about standard IT processes and methodologies such as SDLC, Agile and SCRUM Contributing

• Should be able to guide and mentor junior team members
• Should be experienced with ETL knowledge with basic SQL

• The BI Developer/Analyst will be responsible for the development and delivery of Business Intelligence Solutions primarily using Alteryx to support CIB Finance

Требования

• Job Title: Alteryx Developer
• Exp: 2.5-5 years
• Location: Mumbai
• Position Purpose: The project currently requires a senior BI developer who could contribute to automation, development and maintenance of the project
• Candidate needs to have experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs
• The candidate should be proficient in the core skillset, should be flexible to work as an individual contributor as well as other tasks within a team
• The candidate should take complete ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
• MCA/B-Tech or equivalent Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities) Technical Skills: o Alteryx o Tableau o Power BI o SQL o MS EXCEL Behavioral Skills: o Attention to detail / rigor o Ability to deliver / Results driven o Communication skills - oral & written o Organizational skills
• Technical & Behavioral Competencies The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years software development experience in Alteryx
