• Development is organized across product teams and a dedicated platform team. Product teams are responsible for building user-facing features and scenarios, while the platform team focuses on architecture, CI/CD, testing infrastructure, and shared libraries.
• We are hiring Team Leads for both directions — depending on your experience, this can be either a product-focused role or a platform-focused one.
• TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.
• We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.

Задачи

• Lead the Android team, ensuring delivery, quality, and predictability of execution
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop Android engineers
• Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for the team
• Ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering
• Own planning, estimation, and delivery of features
• Ensure adherence to engineering practices and architectural standards
• Improve team processes and foster a strong communication culture
• Coordinate with backend, frontend, and platform teams

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin
• Experience in a Team Lead role
• Hands-on experience with architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar
• Experience working with asynchronous programming using coroutines and Flow, as well as building complex, data-heavy screens
• Understanding of Android UI design principles and platform guidelines
• Experience with code reviews, mentoring engineers, and working in cross-functional teams
• Will be a plus
• Experience in finance or trading domain
• Familiarity with TradingView as a product
