• We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to evolve and elevate the Elastic brand. You will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team that transforms complex technology into clear, engaging experiences for technical audiences.

• Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers and video creatives
• Set a strategic creative direction across campaigns, launches, events, digital, social, and executive communications
• Provide artistic direction and guidance to team members to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards
• Raise the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the Elastic brand
• Translate complex technical concepts into engaging creative for developers, practitioners, and enterprise buyers
• Review and provide clear feedback on all creative materials to ensure they meet Elastic’s standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Build efficient creative processes that help the team move faster without sacrificing quality
• Partner closely with marketing, product, executives, and agencies to deliver strategic creative
• Champion experimentation, AI-powered workflows, and modern creative practices
• Manage relationships with external creative agencies and media partners to ensure high-quality execution of deliverables

Требования

• Experience leading in-house creative teams, ideally in B2B technology
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong brand thinking and execution
• Deep understanding of technical audiences and enterprise marketing
• Ability to balance creative innovation with operational discipline
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously evolve how creative work gets done
• The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below
• In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below
• These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting
• We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future
• An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs
• Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders
• Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program

• Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component
• 128,200 — $202,900 USD
• 153,800 — $243,300 USD
