• We are looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Strategic Account Manager to own Hal Leonard's most important customer partnerships. Reporting to Global B2B Sales Lead, this newly created role gives our top 4–5 strategic accounts — a significant share of Hal Leonard's US B2B revenue — the dedicated focus a broader territory portfolio can't provide
• We are actively integrating AI and automation into all areas of the business and expect candidates with a mindset focused on improving efficiency and delivering a better user experience

Задачи

• Required experience Minimum 5+ years of experience managing Strategic or Key Accounts
• Experience within one or more of: Music Industry, Music Publishing, Musical Instruments. Pro Audio, Consumer Products, Distribution, Retail
• Strong commercial negotiation experience
• Experience developing annual business plans
• Strong commercial and analytical capability
• CRM experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
