• Neon is looking for a hands-on, analytical Brand and Growth Marketing Associate to help build Neon’s demand generation function from the ground up. You’ll be one of our first dedicated marketing hires, working closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to reach mobile game studios exploring direct-to-consumer monetization.

• Genuine enthusiasm for or experience with mobile gaming — you play mobile games, understand why studios care about DTC, or have worked at a company selling to game studios
• Experience supporting or coordinating B2B events or executive dinners
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
