• As a Junior/Associate Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution
• This role offers strong exposure to data analysis, process improvement, and modern digital tools within a global delivery environment
• Responsibilities & Scope
• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements with clarity and precision
• Prepare technical documentation, including functional specifications and process flows
• Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and assisting in test case creation
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis to support solution design and decision-making
• Assist senior analysts with data extraction, reporting, and ad hoc analysis
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and delivery quality
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to backlog refinement and sprint planning activities

Требования

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
• Practical experience with SQL for data extraction, validation, and basic analysis
• Understanding of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, especially in system integration contexts
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for backlog and documentation management
• Ability to create and execute test scripts, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables
