• Support product configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis
• Perform hands-on testing (writing and executing test scenarios)

• We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst with a strong ability to analyze complex business problems, data, and processes to identify solutions
• and opportunities for improvement
• The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, with a proven track record in requirements gathering, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)."
• 3+ years as a hands-on Business Analyst)
• SQL proficiency
• Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of loan processes, loan origination, and related terminology
• Familiarity with general cloud knowledge
• Analytical mindset - ability to diagnose, test, and validate systems and data
• Excellent communication - able to explain detailed problem-solving steps clearly
• Experience with Spectrum platform preferred
• Must be able to grasp concepts quickly, ask questions when unclear, and communicate precisely
• Engaged, detailed, and curious, not just overseeing tasks."
