• Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Support the design and optimization of card payment products, processes, and customer journeys
• Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or a similar role
• Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of card payment products and/or payment processes
• Good understanding of the Belgian card payments market , digital wallets, and related products (e.g. Edenred and similar solutions)
• Experience with digitalization and transformation projects
• Experience in process modelling and business process analysis
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Languages
• English is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French
