• Job Description We are looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to support the development and enhancement of systems used in Network Deployment and Site Management processes

Задачи

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Analyze the impact of changes on business processes, integrations, reports, historical data, and user workflows
• Support UAT activities and help manage change requests and defect reporting in Jira
• Create and maintain project documentation in Confluence
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver effective business solutions
• Profile 3-5+ years of experience as a Business & Systems Analyst , Business Analyst , IT Analyst , or a similar role
• Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Very good command of Polish and communicative English.(min B2)
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office

• Knowledge of Network Deployment, Site Management, Passive Inventory, Rollout, Site Acquisition, or related operational processes
• Familiarity with modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect, Visio, or draw.io
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
