• Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA with strong analytical skills and a critical mindset to join a demanding technology environment, with direct involvement in functional analysis, product follow-up, and quality validation of delivered solutions. This role is ideal for someone seeking autonomy , close interaction with the business, and clear growth potential into a Product Owner position , taking on an increasingly strategic role

Задачи

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support product definition, prioritization, and ongoing evolution
• Perform functional testing, manual and/or automated, ensuring delivery quality
• Validate features, identify issues, and follow up on corrections
• Support continuous improvement and functional optimization processes
• Collaborate in a product-driven environment, with potential progression into a Product Owner role
• Profile Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA, or in a similar role
• Experience in functional analysis and product lifecycle support
• Experience performing functional testing (manual and/or automated)
• Ability to define and validate requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with requirements, testing, or product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
• High level of autonomy and ownership
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to challenge, validate, and propose improvements constructively
