Задачи

• Support TPRM Governance activities across policy, standards, metrics, and governance initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Technology, Product, and Governance functions to understand business requirements and regulatory expectations
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for delivery teams
• Review, design, and enhance governance processes, standards, and operating procedures
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and drive alignment
• Create and maintain key business analysis artefacts, including
• Problem statements and scope documents
• Stakeholder maps
• Workshop outputs and action trackers
• Business and functional requirements
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Requirements catalogues
• Process documentation and governance materials
• Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes and governance models
• Support the development of governance metrics, reporting frameworks, and control mechanisms
• Identify process inefficiencies, governance gaps, and operational risks, and recommend practical improvement solutions
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure requirements are traceable, prioritized, and aligned with programme objectives
• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong Business Analysis experience within governance, risk, regulatory, or transformation programmes
• Solid understanding of Risk Governance frameworks and controls
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions
• Hands-on experience producing
• As-Is and To-Be process maps

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation and delivery artefacts
