• The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
• As an Applications Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining business applications used across multiple departments, ensuring their stability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• You will work closely with internal users and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, improve application functionality, and support automation of business processes through integrations and system enhancements.
• Provide day-to-day support for business applications under the supervision of a Team Lead.

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience working with business applications (as administrator, developer, or support engineer)
• Experience in application support or technical support roles
• Experience with application support and troubleshooting
• Experience with integrations and automation of business processes
• Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (JavaScript, Python, Java, Groovy)
• Understanding of ITIL practices and incident management
• Basic understanding of application architecture (front-end/back-end)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Team collaboration and willingness to grow professionally
