• GRS Recruitment is working with an international boutique financial services firm specialising in real estate and corporate financing solutions. As the business expands its presence in Cyprus, we are seeking an experienced Business Developer who understands the local market, has strong commercial relationships, and can identify and introduce companies and developers seeking financing solutions. Задачи

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Cyprus market
• Leverage existing networks of real estate developers, business owners, investors, and professional intermediaries
• Source and qualify financing opportunities for real estate projects and companies
• Understand client requirements, financing needs, project fundamentals, and timelines
• Present financing solutions and position the firm as a trusted financing partner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the transaction process
• Work closely with the advisory team to assess and progress qualified opportunities
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential mandates
• Represent the firm professionally in meetings with developers, entrepreneurs, and business stakeholders

Требования

• Proven experience in BD, sales, relationship management, or origination within finance, real estate, banking, or professional services
• Established network within the Cyprus market, particularly with real estate developers, entrepreneurs, SMEs, or corporate decision-makers
• Strong understanding of financing concepts, lending structures, and commercial transactions
• Ability to identify viable business opportunities and assess potential financing needs
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident building relationships with senior business owners and stakeholders
• Professional fluency in Greek and English
• Based in Cyprus with the ability to meet clients and develop local relationships
• Background in real estate finance, banking, corporate lending, investment, or financial advisory
• Existing relationships with developers, investors, funds, or financial intermediaries
• Experience originating financing mandates or high-value commercial transactions
• Knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market

Условия

• 25,000 - €35,000 Gross Per Annum
• Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills
• The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
