• Strong business analysis and requirements engineering skills
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process mapping sessions
• Proven experience working on healthcare digital transformation, HIS/EMR/EHR, ERP, or hospital modernization programs
• Ability to document and analyze current-state and future-state processes
• Experience producing: Business Capability Maps
• Stakeholder Maps
• BPMN Process Models
• anagement Plans
• Scope and Assumptions Registers
• ocuments (BRDs)
• Integration Inventories and System Landscapes
• Ability to challenge assumptions and guide clients toward industry best practices
• Experience validating scope, identifying gaps, dependencies, constraints, and risks
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to recommend practical modernization approaches
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build confidence in proposed solutions
• Good understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy requirements
• Ability to facilitate discussions around AI opportunities and operational transformation
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written)
• Desired skills Familiarity with local healthcare regulations, operating models, and public-sector healthcare initiatives
