Требования

• 4+ years of professional full stack experience shipping and maintaining production web applications
• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills across frontend and backend
• 3+ years of backend experience with Node.js and a structured framework (we use NestJS)
• comfortable designing APIs, services, and data access layers
• 3+ years of relational database experience (PostgreSQL): schema design, migrations, and writing efficient queries
• 3+ years of frontend experience with React, building and maintaining real, interactive UIs
• Good understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend communicate
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security fundamentals
• Experience with automated testing and standard Git-based collaboration
• Writes clean, maintainable code and cares about quality
• Thinks about tradeoffs (performance, scalability, maintainability) rather than just making it work
• Challenges weak approaches and suggests better ones instead of agreeing blindly
• Communicates clearly and asks questions when requirements are unclear
• Works independently and takes features from idea to production
• Your day-to-day in this position
• Work across the entire stack, from database and API design on the backend to building responsive, interactive interfaces on the React frontend
• Own features end-to-end, taking them from initial idea and technical design through implementation, testing, and release to production
• Collaborate closely with product and the rest of the engineering team to ship high-quality features
• Help to keep the codebase clean, performant, and maintainable as the product grows
