Задачи

• Evolve Vercel’s Developer-Facing programs , refining sponsorship frameworks, strengthening maintainer relationships, and increasing the programs' visibility and measurable impact across the ecosystem
• Develop Vercel’s developer ecosystem strategy , identifying priority focus areas, building high-leverage partnerships, and positioning Vercel at the center of the modern web
• Define global conference and sponsorship strategy , determining where and how Vercel shows up, representing the company at flagship events, and establishing clear ROI for ecosystem investments
• Shape developer thought leadership and narrative , contributing to Vercel Media and ensuring our ecosystem presence reinforces brand, product positioning, and long-term marketing goals
• Drive cross-functional alignment , partnering with Developer Experience, Community, Product Marketing, and Brand to translate ecosystem strategy into scalable activation

Требования

• 6+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, OSS leadership, or ecosystem strategy
• Experience owning or scaling an existing open source or ecosystem program
• Strong relationships within the modern web or open source community
• Experience managing sponsorship investments and evaluating ROI
• Proven conference speaking experience at high-visibility developer events
• Ability to connect ecosystem initiatives to measurable marketing and business impact
• Deep technical fluency with modern web technologies (e.g., Next.js, frontend frameworks, cloud platforms)
• Willing and able to travel regularly for conferences and ecosystem engagements

• The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $168,000 - $237,000
• Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location
• Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location
• The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role
