• We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst to act as the key liaison between our business units and technical data teams. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and documenting data-related requirements that drive strategic reporting, data governance, and analytical projects across the organization.

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for data-focused projects, including new reports, dashboards, and data transformations
• Translate business objectives and metrics into clear, comprehensive functional and technical specifications for Data Engineers and BI Developers
• Define and document data quality standards and acceptance criteria for data deliverables
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical development teams
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the defined business requirements and data standards
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on data, reporting, or BI projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of structuring and simplifying complex data challenges

Требования

• Technical Data Skills (A Strong Plus): Practical knowledge and ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries for data validation, exploration, and troubleshooting
• BI Tools: Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Language Requirement
• Professional fluency (B2+) in French is highly valued and may be a mandatory requirement for allocation on specific projects with Francophone clients (in Portugal or abroad)
