The CXO team develops the key internal tool integrated with all company services and used daily by most employees. The product is a robust, high-load monolith on Python/Django and asyncio/aiohttp, with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, and a modern React.js frontend. You'll join us tackling diverse integration and automation challenges in a strong, collaborative team culture. Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company whose brands have been operating in over 220 source markets since 2010

Задачи

• Manage cross-stream and cross-project dependencies and timelines, communicate conflicts to leadership for intervention
• Own the full process from task intake to resolution: triage, set and track tasks, and keep all stakeholders updated on progress
• Maintain effective, transparent communication with stakeholders: prepare monthly release reports and manage ad-hoc updates
• Oversee process improvements and light automation (e.g., YouTrack, SQL)

Требования

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks: Gantt charts, dependency mapping, task tracking tools, process design, Scrum (or similar)
• Technical literacy: understanding how systems integrate and communicate (e.g., Camunda & CRM, Camunda & AI)
• Strong written communication skills in English (Russian also valued)
• LLM (large language models) literacy
• experience with AI-driven workflows is a plus
