• Capco is seeking a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to join our Technology & Engineering practice in Toronto. This role is ideal for someone with a strong DevOps/DevSecOps background who enjoys designing automation solutions that improve software delivery, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Working closely with engineering teams, you will develop and enhance GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows, helping to standardize CI/CD processes and embed automation across the software development lifecycle.

Задачи

• Design, develop, and maintain GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows to automate CI/CD processes
• Build automation solutions using Python, Java, or Groovy to improve engineering productivity and platform reliability
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to implement DevOps and DevSecOps best practices
• Improve software delivery through scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously enhance GitHub-based development workflows

Требования

• Hands-on experience developing GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows
• Strong programming experience in Python and Java/Groovy
• Proven background in DevOps and/or DevSecOps environments
• Experience designing automation solutions across the software development lifecycle
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
