Задачи

• Define and promote technical solutions based on existing infrastructure products, ensuring they meet architecture, security, and scalability standards
• Integrate infrastructure and operating requirements into the Product Backlog. Implement technical User Stories to speed up and secure project delivery
• Liaise with Application Production Support to implement robust monitoring using modern observability stacks
• Drive automation and performance enhancements. Ensure up-to-date documentation and valid Disaster Recovery (ICP) plans are in place
• Conduct security reviews, check machine access traceability, and identify operational bottlenecks (network, flows, etc.), proposing immediate action plans

Требования

• Previous experience in IT Infrastructure and Production Operation Steering
• Mastery in monitoring/observability tools: ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
• Previous experience with Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid knowledge of security principles and risk mitigation
• Strong proficiency in Agile and DevOps cultures
• Ability to delegate, coordinate teams, and motivate others while maintaining high standards
• Ability to train and support team members in adopting new tools and best practices
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
