• As a DevOps Engineer at Rapyd, you will play a central role in designing, automating, and scaling our global fintech infrastructure
• You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to maintain high availability, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and codify multi-account cloud environments on AWS
• Manage Containers: Deploy, scale, and optimize microservices running on Kubernetes (EKS)
• Build CI/CD Pipelines: Design and maintain robust continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure fast, reliable releases
• Cloud & Network Design: Configure multi-account AWS architectures, VPCs, low-level routing, and security controls
• Observability & Optimization: Drive system performance tuning, monitoring, and cloud cost optimization using CloudWatch, Datadog, or the ELK stack
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all deployments align with strict internal security standards and regulations (SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
• Production Delivery: Build reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and take them all the way into production
• Operational Excellence: Participate in system health monitoring and root-cause analysis to ensure maximum platform availability

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Proven track record of operating production environments in public cloud platforms, with a primary focus on AWS
• Advanced expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and solid coding skills in Python
• Deep understanding of low-level cloud networking concepts, VPC routing, and security frameworks
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes / EKS, ECS, or Docker) and modern CI/CD tools
• A “code-first” mindset with a relentless drive to eliminate operational toil through smart automation
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, multicultural global teams
