• Within Financial Processing/Issuing Processing division, platform management team deploy and manage overall the new cloud-based platform for our customers.
• Build and evolutions of platform infrastructure & services, based on GCP & Private Cloud
• Support new customer projects & existing customers on the platform

Задачи

• Ensure platform support current and future expectation in term of performance, reliability & security
• Identify & qualify point of improvements with expert communities & build improvement plans
• Coordinate improvements plan deployment at platform & software level
• Improve observability on platform performance & reliability, identify new approach to improve issues detection
• Implement regular vulnerability & penetration tests & monitor resolution plan
• Implement security standard, support internal DevOps squads
• Support SRE & service managers to take over and manage the related service
• Collaborate and build good relationship with all stakeholders involved: Solution development teams, E2E test team, production support team, Cyber Defense Center, Customer Project teams, management, change & release managers, etc

• In practice this means
• Broad technical skills (java application development & production support, db, system, network, security) in Cloud based infrastructure, ideally GCP & AWS, and strong experiences in DevOps
• Solutions & tooling: Kubernetes, Linux, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MQ, Kafka, Dynatrace, Loki/Prometheus/Grafana, gitlab-ci, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible
• Good communication and facilitator skills
• Experience in technical project management required
• Languages: fluent in English
