Задачи

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests
• Handle support tickets, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within SLA
• Support and maintain Databricks jobs, PySpark applications, and data pipelines
• Analyze data quality issues and coordinate with development teams for fixes
• Perform job monitoring, failure analysis, and recovery activities
• Provide operational support and continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth application performance
