• This is a highly autonomous role with equally high expectations. It offers the opportunity to build a strong function from scratch and directly influence how the company establishes itself in the market.
• We expect not formal presence, but tangible movement: growing interest in the company, meaningful connections, and a visible impact on recruitment.
• We are developing OneState — a large-scale mobile Social RolePlay game with a global audience and an active roleplay community — while also preparing new products. In Almaty, we are currently building a major hub — one of the company’s key growth centers for the coming years. For us, this is not just about scaling the team. It’s about market presence, the company’s weight in the professional ecosystem, and how we are perceived by top talent. We want ChillBase in the region to be associated with high standards, interesting challenges, and a strong team — and for this perception to be shaped not through job postings, but through real engagement with the market. Требования

• We are looking for someone who understands how professional ecosystems are formed, knows how to work with audience attention, and can turn interest in the company into a long-term brand relationship
• Experience in DevRel, community, tech brand, or similar roles
• Or a strong background in development / GameDev with an interest in community work
• Understanding of how developer and technical environments operate
• Experience launching initiatives from scratch and bringing them to tangible results
• Ability to build relationships and create a strong professional network around the company
• Strong sense of quality and a clear understanding of what matters to top talent
• Native Russian language
