• You will support the design team in creating effective and visually appealing designs across 6 brands and 18 markets while developing your skills, working on independent projects, and collaborating with senior designers and key stakeholders. , contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

Задачи

• Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets (static and video) across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business
• Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets
• Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines
• Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets
• Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on
• Create effective paid marketing assets and campaigns through innovative and creative solutions relevant to existing trends
• Offer advice to juniors and share knowledge with colleagues, encouraging others to share and explore their ideas
• Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital design trends and technologies

Требования

• BA degree or equivalent required
• 4+ years experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Midjourney, and other design softwares
• Experience with organizational tools such as Jira, Sprout, Slack, etc
• Experience in Digital Design such as but not limited to
• social media, paid ads, eDMs, CRMs, reels, etc
• A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic
• Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling
• Advanced understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to business problems
• Conceptual thinking
• Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
• Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence
• Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced workflow
• Efficient, able to prioritize workload, keep a cool head and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize accordingly, set expectations, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
