• GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with an international technology company to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive / Media Sales professional to join their growing team in Paphos. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, driving digital marketing campaigns and identifying new business opportunities within a fast-paced international environment. The successful candidate will work closely with advertisers and marketing partners, helping to develop campaigns, generate new business opportunities and optimise performance through data-driven insights. This role offers excellent career progression within a growing international organisation.

Задачи

• Contact businesses and prospective advertisers to generate high-quality leads and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and marketing partners
• Meet and exceed sales targets while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Develop, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns to maximise performance
• Identify, suggest and test new campaign strategies based on advertisers' objectives
• Analyse marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimisation to improve results and ROI
• Prepare reports and present campaign performance insights to internal stakeholders
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events and client meetings when required

Требования

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or another relevant discipline
• Previous experience within digital marketing, media sales, account management or online marketing would be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Условия

• 20,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum
• Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills
• The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
