We are looking for an Expert Java Developer / Solution Designer to help design and build modern backend solutions while actively shaping how AI can accelerate software development in our teams. This role is offered as a full-time employment agreement.

Требования

• This is the right role for you if you
• Enjoy combining hands-on development with architecture thinking
• Are curious about how AI can change the way software is built
• Like working close to business stakeholders, helping translate ideas into working solutions
• Take ownership and naturally step into an expert role within a team
• Are open to solving problems beyond pure coding when the situation requires it
• Strong experience with Java (17+) and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and building microservice-based systems
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience working with messaging systems such as Kafka or MQ
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern development practices
• Experience adapting AI tools (e.g
• GitHub Copilot or similar) or agents into everyday development workflows, such as code generation, refactoring, documentation, or test creation
• It would be ideal if you also
• Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Work comfortably with TDD and domain-driven design (DDD)
• Are familiar with Angular 17+ or modern frontend framework
