• Ensures delivered solution meet the requirements and productivity levels are reached in an effective and efficient manner and maintaining quality performance objectives
• Participate in preparation for solution’s User Acceptance Testing and ensures proper coverage of test cases
• Pro-actively & continuously seeks to improve the highest level of service from the application(s)
• Effectively identify and escalate issues as appropriate
• Supports effective release management with IT and ensures both implementation and operations are aware of updated features
• Work arrangement: hybrid in Madrid (4–5 days in the office)

Требования

• Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in business management or IT
• At least 5 years of experience
• Proven track record in systems projects
• Fluent in English
• Ability to understand and document customer’s internal and external processes, policies & systems
• Broad view of the business with in depth understanding of business strategy, operating processes and capabilities, business process standardization, enabling technologies, and governance
• The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected processes and procedures and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business needs
• Strong affinity with IT finance systems and the related impact/benefits to solution design
• Strong situational analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
• this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
• Team player
• Ability to work well under pressure
