• A fast-growing Series A AI model training and evaluation startup — headquartered in Mountain View, CA and backed by prominent institutional investors — is hiring a Founding ML Engineer focused on Demand Generation. This is a high-impact founding-team role sitting at the intersection of machine learning and growth strategy. You'll build the intelligent systems that power how the company reaches, converts, and retains customers, turning ML into a direct, measurable growth engine. The company works with leading AI frontier labs and enterprises worldwide, and is scaling rapidly.

Задачи

• Build and deploy ML models that optimize lead scoring, conversion prediction, and campaign performance
• Automate demand generation workflows end-to-end — from audience segmentation to personalized outreach
• Design robust data pipelines for behavioral analytics, targeting, A/B testing, and experimentation
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate growth goals into measurable ML solutions
• Experiment with LLMs, recommendation systems, and generative AI techniques for content creation and outreach
• Establish data-driven frameworks for channel optimization and ROI tracking

Требования

• 3–10 years of hands-on ML engineering experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related data-driven marketing domains
• Strong proficiency in Python, with practical experience using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow to build and deploy ML models
• Proven experience developing ML solutions for lead scoring, conversion prediction, and campaign performance optimization
• Experience integrating with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce in ML-driven workflows
• Hands-on experience with advertising APIs (e.g. Google Ads API, Meta Ads API) for model-driven campaign optimization
• Experience with LLMs, recommender systems, and generative AI techniques for content creation and outreach
• Ability to design and implement data pipelines for behavioral analytics, audience segmentation, and experimentation
• Strong cross-functional communication skills — able to translate growth goals into clear ML deliverables
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Ability to work on-site in Mountain View, CA

Условия

• Salary: $220,000 – $300,000 per year, depending on experience
• Founding-team equity opportunity
• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates
• LOCATION
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mountain View, California
• The company also operates a delivery office in India
• On-site presence at the Mountain View headquarters is required
