• A seed-stage B2B SaaS company building software and AI tooling for trades and home services SMBs is hiring a Founding Product Manager to join a small, ambitious team in Berlin-Mitte. This is a hands-on builder role with real end-to-end ownership: you'll drive product direction, ship features alongside engineering, and help shape how product work scales from the ground up. The company is backed by well-known early-stage investors and operates in a fast, low-ceremony environment with direct feedback and no management layers.
• This role is ideal for a high-agency PM who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and wants to leave a visible fingerprint on a product used by real tradespeople running real businesses.

Задачи

• Own product direction end-to-end — from understanding user problems to shaping solutions and shipping them
• Translate company goals into clear product bets, priorities, and tradeoffs
• Work closely with engineering to scope, design, and ship features quickly
• Make product decisions with incomplete data and course-correct as needed
• Develop deep understanding of users, workflows, and real-world constraints in the trades/home services space
• Bring clarity to the team on what is being built, why, and what "done" looks like
• Help define how product work happens as the company scales
• Embrace high velocity: fast feedback loops, few meetings, and hands-on shipping

Требования

• Fluent in both German (spoken and written) and English — German is required for the product interface and partner communications
• English for internal team communication
• AI-native mindset: active use of AI tools in product development and familiarity with AI-first product patterns
• Experience owning product direction end-to-end, from problem discovery through to shipping
• Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and correcting course quickly
• Experience working closely with engineers — scoping, designing, and iterating on features fast
• ability to reason about systems and technical constraints
• Experience building products for crafts, trades, home services SMBs and/or fast-paced early-stage environments
• Strong strategic prioritization skills: translating business goals into product bets, including AI-first considerations

• Side projects or things you have personally built
• Strong UX sensibility and attention to UI/UX detail, even without a formal design background
• Experience using AI tooling in a product development workflow
• Mindset over CV: The team cares more about how you think and act than years of PM experience
• High agency, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity are non-negotiable

Условия

• Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 per year
• Early-stage equity opportunity
• Modern, light-filled office in Berlin-Mitte
• Direct access to founders and real product influence from day one
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must already have the right to work in Germany
• LOCATION
• This role is fully on-site in Berlin-Mitte, Germany. Daily in-office presence is expected
