Задачи

• Build & Ship AI, automation Tools: Gather requirements, design and develop full-stack internal applications (front-end + back-end) that leverage AI - taking them from problem, idea to production
• Integrate with Enterprise Systems: Connect AI-powered tools to internal platforms and data sources (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, BigQuery) through well-designed APIs
• Own the Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensuring they're reliable and scalable
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their needs and translate them into practical, user-friendly tools
• Maintain Quality & Security: Ensure applications follow security best practices, especially when handling sensitive data and AI pipelines

• From front-end interfaces to back-end services, you'll own the full development lifecycle - designing, shipping, and scaling applications that drive our transition to an AI-first company

Требования

• Full-Stack Development: Solid experience building web applications end-to-end (e.g., Python/Node.js + React/Vue )
• Cloud & DevOps: Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing cloud resources (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• API Development: Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs to connect systems and services
• Security Awareness: Understanding of secure coding practices, particularly around data handling
• Self-Starter Mindset: High level of independence, ownership, and a can-do attitude
• Strong Communication: Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with Ambiguity: Able to operate effectively when requirements, problems, and priorities are unclear or shifting - navigating a fast-moving environment and adapting quickly as things change
• Product & Solution-Oriented Mindset: Able to make decisions independently based on your own reasoning, moving things forward even without clear guidance, always focused on delivering real value to users
• Familiarity with vector databases and observability tooling

• Gross salary: 3500 - 7000
