• Our team is looking for a proactive and product-oriented Game Designer to work on new R&D projects in the hybrid-casual puzzle genre.
• You will participate in the creation of new game concepts and prototypes from the earliest stages — from developing and iterating on core gameplay to building progression systems, balancing mechanics, and shaping the first layers of meta and LiveOps features.
• We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, rapidly iterating on ideas, and turning raw gameplay concepts into strong product foundations.

Задачи

• Design and develop gameplay systems and features for new game prototypes
• Work on core gameplay, progression, balance, and early meta systems
• Create and maintain game design documentation (concept docs, GDDs, feature specs)
• Analyze gameplay problems and propose solutions to improve player experience and engagement
• Participate in prototyping and iteration processes together with the R&D team
• Design and tune game balance, rewards, pacing, and progression
• Work with product metrics and formulate gameplay hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, artists, and developers during early production stages
• Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer
• Experience in hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or puzzle games
• Participation in developing games or prototypes from scratch (R&D / pre-production)
• Experience working on at least 5 game projects or prototypes
• Experience creating and maintaining game design documentation
• Understanding of gameplay systems, progression, balancing, and player motivation
• Strong knowledge of the mobile games market and current genre trends
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and work in a fast iteration environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Russian and English - must have
