• The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Marketing will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth, with a dedicated focus on our Marketing organization.
• We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in tech, management consulting, investment banking, and business development to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, launch new GTM programs, improve efficiency across the business, and support data-driven decision-making.
• As the GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for Marketing, you'll help shape the future of one of Datadog's largest growth engines. You'll partner directly with Marketing executives to define strategy, optimize investment decisions, and build the operating systems that power our global Marketing organization.
• This is not a purely strategic role — it is equally focused on building, launching, and deploying solutions that improve Marketing productivity, and pipeline generation. This is an especially exciting time to join the team, as we actively test and deploy new AI-driven solutions across the GTM organization.

• Strategic roadmap and budget development: Own strategic initiatives that define how Marketing scales as Datadog grows globally, from annual planning and investment strategy to operational improvements and new capabilities
• Data visualization and insights: Partner with our Data & Analytics team to optimize dashboards and reporting to deliver actionable insights and monitor the impact of deployed initiatives

Требования

• Experience: 4–6 years in GTM/growth/revenue strategy, management consulting, investment banking/equity research, or a similar role (experience working with Marketing or Sales teams is a plus)
• Passion for Marketing: You are excited by modern B2B marketing and curious about how demand generation, product marketing, digital, events, lifecycle, and brand come together to drive growth
• You enjoy understanding how marketing organizations operate and identifying ways to improve their effectiveness
• Excitement for AI: You actively experiment with AI tools in your daily work and are excited about identifying opportunities to transform business processes through AI
• You enjoy rapidly testing new technologies and turning promising ideas into scalable workflows
• Builder mindset: Proven ability to go beyond strategy — you can design solutions and drive them through execution, rollout, and adoption
• Creative problem solving: Comfort operating in ambiguity and structuring loosely defined problems
• Strategic thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into structured insights and clear action plans
• Quantitative analysis: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas for senior stakeholders
• Ownership: Track record of working cross-functionally and taking responsibility for outcomes across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product teams
• Presentation skills: Ability to create and deliver presentations for senior and executive audiences

• Experience manipulating and analyzing complex datasets using SQL and/or Python
• Experience deploying Marketing AI solutions
• Experience working with or supporting Marketing / Sales orgs
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Experience implementing GTM tools, workflows, or automation
