Задачи

• Finance Process & Business Analyst : This role plays a key role in delivering effective and scalable finance process solutions across ERP implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Level Extensive Experience
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and process documentation within Infor LN
• Analyze current‑state (“as‑is”) finance processes and define optimized future‑state (“to‑be”) processes leveraging Infor LN capabilities
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements across finance operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial close, reconciliations, reporting, and controls
• Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products
• Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades
• Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service
• Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications
• Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams
• Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance
• Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity
• What you will have
• MBA in Finance / Accounting
• CPA or CFA relevant certificate
• Additional Information
• Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST
• This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office

• Assists with current and planned integration initiatives
• Explores major issues and considerations for successful system integration
• Works with applications, data, technology bridges and a variety of platforms
• Works with existing interfaces as well as integration and migration plans within own area
• Plays an active role in local integration efforts
• System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing
• ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle
• Supports the project leader in developing and executing system test plans
• Evaluates system documentation and user manuals for usability, accuracy and completeness
• Executes test cases, analyzes test results and reports on findings regularly
• Tests system components for compliance with functional requirements
• Participates in the testing of a system's ability to recover from hardware or software failures
