Задачи

• Interact with Business and IT clients
• Receive and analyze project Ideas
• Identify stakeholders, form project scope and team
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle
• Manage project budget
• Ensure project progress and deadlines
• Creatively solve Issues that arise
• Manage risks and mitigation efforts
• Evaluate and control project results
• Actively collaborate with Business Project management Office

Требования

• Experience in project management in IT area for at least 3 years
• Experience in Fintech / Brokerage / Banking IT is a plus
• Technical proficiency. Understanding of IT technology: IT infrastructure, Clouds, development lifecycle (scrum, agile)
• Familiar with Atlassian Jira
• PMP certification is a plus
• Understanding of IT information security specifics
• Working English language
• Good communication skills, ability to interact with internal clients
• Good analytical skills, ability to drive non-obvious tasks to completion
• Flexibility. Ability to put priorities and adjust to rapidly changing business and IT demands
