• Project setup from scratch : turn informal requirements into a clear project scope and structured technical requirements document
• Estimation and delivery : plan deadlines and team capacity, create delivery plans and back them up with clear reasoning
• Process and development management

Требования

• 3+ years
• Employment : full-time
• Location : remote
• IT project management experience : 3–4+ years as a Project Manager
• Experience with complex distributed systems, desktop products, and web products would be a plus
• Strong technical background : understanding of client-server interaction, APIs, and architecture basics
• You won’t need to write code, but you should understand what developers are talking about
• Strong scrum skills : hands-on experience building processes from scratch and working with team efficiency metrics
• Advanced Jira skills : ability to do more than move cards around – you know how to customize workflows and set up automated processes
• strong facilitation, conflict management, and stakeholder expectation management skills
• Ability to stay focused when handling multiple tasks concurrently
