Задачи

• rocessing end-user support tickets, including analysis, resolution, and documentation
• Providing operational support for Windows client environments
• Troubleshooting Windows client issues and performing root cause analysis
• Installing and deploying software on end-user devices
• Investigating software installation issues and performing error analysis
• Communicating with end users throughout ticket investigation and resolution
• Documenting performed actions, technical findings, root causes, and resolutions
• Providing support related to Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell where applicable
• Recording the actual effort spent for monthly service reporting

Требования

• xperience as a IT Support Engineer for 2+ years
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments
• Experience with Windows client support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Experience handling support tickets and communicating with end users
• Experience with software installation, deployment, and installation error analysis
• Structured problem-solving mindset
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above
• Level of German – from Advanced and above
