• We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer to join their Digital Hub, a startup-cultured unit within this billion-dollar corporation, developing highly specialized Smart Engineering Tools for product selection and simulation in industrial automation.

Задачи

• Design technical solutions by translating business needs into effective software blueprints
• Develop a deep understanding of the pneumatic automation product portfolio and its factory automation applications
• Write, test, and maintain backend code in Java, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for product selection and simulation
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Support and collaborate with an agile team
• Coordinate and align requirements with business units and internal stakeholders

Требования

• Degree in Information Technology
• Practical experience coding backends with Java and Spring Boot
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working, with holistic thinking
• Good written and spoken English
• Spanish language skills are valued but not required
• Project experience with modern frontend frameworks is a plus
• Permanent contract
• Hybrid model (2 days at Hospitalet de Llobregat)
