Задачи

• You will apply your knowledge of user administration, operational monitoring, and system support activities to ensure stable day to day operations
• Even if you work on an external project, you will feel part of the team and always supported
• Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months
• And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI
• You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals

• Each person has an individual development plan, mentoring, and access to internal technical communities

• You will be responsible for executing standardized operational and administrative activities following approved SOPs and runbooks while managing user access, licenses and master data
• Performing operational monitoring, system housekeeping, reporting and documentation activities
• Supporting recurring service requests and escalating non-standard situations to specialist teams to maintain reliable day to day operations

Требования

• At ERNI, you are never just a number
• Familiarity with user administration, access management and software license management concepts
• Basic understanding of operational monitoring, system health checks and incident identification
• Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira or similar)
• Understanding of SOPs, runbooks, standardized procedures and controlled operational environments
• Basic knowledge of enterprise applications, master data maintenance and configuration management practices
• Ability to follow documented processes and execute recurring operational tasks accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with support and engineering teams
• Professional working proficiency in English
