Задачи

• Lead the design, development, and launch of backend systems at scale using Python and Kotlin
• Architect and maintain highly available distributed systems leveraging AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
• Define and drive technical plans for significant features and system components, ensuring elegant, simple, and extensible designs
• Mentor engineers, review code, and establish best practices for safe and efficient changes in large codebases
• Collaborate with product owners and global engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Ensure proactive monitoring, maintenance, and swift incident response for critical communication services

Требования

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing backend systems at scale
• Strong expertise in Python and Kotlin
• Proven track record with distributed systems and cloud-native technologies (AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes)
• Experience leading technical planning and delivering complex features with extensible design
• Ability to guide teams in making impactful changes in large codebases safely and efficiently
• Strong communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across global teams
• English level at least Upper-Intermediate
