• eading the QA process across the project, ensuring testing coverage and product quality
• Planning and coordinating testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists)
• Managing the defect lifecycle and prioritizing issues with development and product teams
• Mentoring QA engineers and supporting their professional growth
• Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define quality standards
• Participating in release planning and validating builds before deployment
• Identifying process gaps and driving improvements in the QA workflow

Требования

• xperience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer for 2.5+ years
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices
• Hands-on experience with test design, test execution, and defect management tools
• Ability to plan, estimate, and coordinate testing activities across a team
• Solid experience with API testing, SQL, and basic technical investigation (logs, debugging tools)
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and influence the team
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Desired skills Experience with automation tools or ability to review automation scripts
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and quality metrics
• Knowledge of performance or security testing practices
