Задачи

• Marketing Experimentation - Design and run experiments like Geo-lift tests to prove media spend value, taking ownership of results
• Strategic Deep Dives - Lead ad-hoc analysis on issues like ROAS shifts or tracking gaps—working independently with full accountability for outcomes
• KPI Excellence - Build and refine daily/weekly dashboards that deliver meaningful insights, not just data
• Collaborative Impact - Partner with stakeholders in our flat hierarchy: turn their questions into analysis, then insights into strategies that create real-world results

Требования

• Marketing Expertise - Strong grasp of performance marketing: CPA, ROAS, LTV, attribution in high-pace environments
• Technical Skills - Hands-on with tracking tools like Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, or Snowplow
• solid SQL for querying and data work
• Independent Thinking - Self-starter mindset who thrives on learning by doing and tackles business problems with minimal guidance
• Visualization Mastery - Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to make insights clear and actionable for diverse teams
• Communication Excellence - Translate complex findings into simple, impactful recommendations for marketers and partners across our global team
