Задачи

• Participate in full-cycle software development projects for US and EU startups, collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders
• Serve as a member of an Agile Scrum team, ensuring the timely delivery of project tasks with a strong focus on quality and user experience
• Lead and support the development team by applying Agile methodologies and industry best practices
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor team performance and manage KPIs
• Take ownership of project release planning and delivery

Требования

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (i.e
• Scrum, Kanban), project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project), and experience leading Agile events (planning, daily scrums, retrospective, release planning)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Strong skills in risk management, facilitation, team leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and improving project transparency
• Solid understanding of software development processes and practices , with at least 1–2 years of experience in IT project management, preferably focused on web development
• Quick learner, passionate, motivated, and self-managed
• English B2
• Nice-to-have SKills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile and Project Management certifications
• Previous experience in software development
