• Viridian Software is looking for a UI/UX Designer for a three-month game porting project
• The role focuses on adapting and optimizing existing game interfaces for console platforms while ensuring intuitive navigation, accessible interaction, and compliance with platform requirements
• You will collaborate with designers, programmers, artists, and producers to maintain visual quality within technical and production constraints

Требования

• Proficient written and spoken English
• Understanding of clarity, efficiency, cohesion, accessibility, and user-centered design
• Understanding of UI and UX principles for games
• Proficiency in Figma
• Familiarity with Unity
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain shared design documentation
• Basic Photoshop knowledge for UI asset creation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in an iterative and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to collaborate with programmers, artists, and producers
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions
• Degree in Game Design, UX Design, or a related discipline
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Availability within four hours of the GMT time zone

• Previous UI and UX experience in game development
• Understanding of keyboard and mouse interface design
• Understanding of gamepad-focused interface design
• Experience setting up UI screens in Unity
• Experience setting up UI screens in Unreal Engine
• Experience working on console ports
